Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a punctual start. Parking availability may vary by time of day. Limited parking is available in front of Sanctuary by Shay on El Camino, between Bagel Shack and Ramona Tire. Additional parking is available across the street or in the surrounding residential neighborhood (approximately a 2-minute walk). 

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will receive a credit to be used toward a future service. 

No-show appointments are charged in full and are not eligible for credit. A no-show is defined as an appointment in which the client does not arrive or provide notice via call, text, or email. This policy ensures our time and energy are respected. 

Absolutely. Additional time is built into each session so we can customize your treatment or extend your service if needed. 

For most skin types, every 4–6 weeks is ideal, aligning with the skin’s natural cell turnover cycle. Clients addressing acne, hyperpigmentation, dryness, or hormonal changes may benefit from more frequent visits initially. Your personalized plan will be discussed during your first appointment. 

Stay well hydrated, limit excess salt and sugar, keep skin nourished with a facial oil or balm, and wear sunscreen daily.
